Job Summary:
As an Outside Service Personnel, it is paramount that you provide superior service to our guests to ensure they enjoy their day. This position is responsible for having golf carts available for guest use at all times during business hours. This position interacts with the guests & creates the first and last impression for the guests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greet every guest as they arrive in their vehicles, or at the bag drop area, and welcome them to our facility. Direct Guests to the Golf Shop for check in. Greet every guest when they finish their round, welcome them back, clean clubs and assist them with their clubs to either bag drop or their car. Check golf carts for proper charge, safety, cleanliness, and ensure that the carts are stocked with the appropriate amenities and move them to the staging area. Assist with golf cart maintenance, tournament operations, driving range operations and Golf Shop operations, as needed. Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club is an Equal Opportunity Employer
