This position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with parking lot operations while creating a welcoming first impression for every guest. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality. In addition to assisting with parking, this role includes greeting guests, providing directions, assisting with luggage when needed, and helping maintain a safe and organized parking area. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel amenities Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues Assist guests with storing their luggage and retrieving it upon departure Coordinate with the front desk to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues or concerns Pick up trash and debris throughout the parking lot to maintain a clean and welcoming appearance. Empty trash receptacles as needed and report any maintenance or cleanliness concerns. Conduct routine inspections of the parking lot and surrounding areas to identify safety hazards. Respond promptly to guest questions and requests. Communicate effectively with hotel staff and management. Report incidents, hazards, or maintenance concerns immediately. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus Strong knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays At Safeco, we offer competitive compensation, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
