Essential Functions:

To assist in the transport and storage of guest luggage.

To assist with guest packages.

a. transport to guest room

b. transport to guest meeting area; Omni meeting rooms.

To properly "log" all trips originating from the "Bell Stand."

Responsible for a clean and "smart" appearance of uniforms.

Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities.

Responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the front drive area.

To be conversant with all hotel promotional programs (guest related).

Performs other duties as required by supervisor.

Hotel Specific Essential Functions:

Ensure cleanliness of bellclosets and bellcarts.

Answer phones using the proper "Moment's of Service" scenario.

Assist guests with any requests (i.e. restaurant reservations, directions).

Accept other special duties as assigned by management

Tools and Equipment:

Telephone, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine, facsimile machine

Bellstand luggage carts, hand truck

Working Environment:

Interior and on occasion exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
