SMS International Shore Operations U.S., Inc. is hiring Part-Time Cruise Guest Services Agents at Miami International Airport to welcome and assist cruise guests traveling to and from some of the world's leading cruise lines. What You'll Do As a Cruise Guest Services Agent, you'll be one of the first points of contact for cruise guests arriving in Miami. You'll help make their experience smooth, organized, and welcoming by: Greeting and assisting arriving and departing cruise guests Providing friendly and professional meet-and-greet services Directing and escorting guests through the airport as needed Assisting guests with transportation coordination Providing information, directions, and general guest assistance Helping guests navigate airport and cruise-related services Working closely with cruise line representatives and the SMS team Supporting other guest service responsibilities as assigned What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with the public Professional and customer-service oriented Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working in an airport environment Able to maintain a positive and professional image while representing our company and cruise line partners Previous hospitality, airline, airport, cruise, or customer service experience is a plus—but a great attitude and commitment to exceptional service are just as important!
