Seasonal travel to the Hamptons May•October and several trips to Cabo throughout the year, primarily around major holidays
Accommodation:
Optional off-site accommodations available in both Miami and the Hamptons that would prefer to have housing. Otherwise the role is primarily live-out in Miami.

Full benefits package, including health insurance, PTO, sick days, and more Position Overview A private family is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Traveling Butler to provide hands-on support across their residences. The family spends May through October in the Hamptons and is primarily based in Miami for the remainder of the year, with additional travel to Cabo several times annually. The ideal candidate is polished, hardworking, and genuinely service-oriented, with a "no task is too small or too big" mentality. This is a hands-on position requiring someone comfortable working alongside the Housekeeping team while also providing personal service, driving, errands, shopping, and general household support. The incoming Butler will have a transition and training period with the family's current Butler, who has been with the household for more than five years, providing a thorough introduction to the family's preferences, routines, residences, and service standards. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional daily service and personal support to the principals Anticipate the family's needs and maintain high standards of hospitality and service Assist with the daily upkeep, organization, and presentation of the residences Work closely alongside the Housekeeping team and assist hands-on wherever needed Provide personal driving, airport transfers, and transportation as requested Handle errands, personal shopping, deliveries, and other day-to-day requests Assist with luggage, packing and unpacking, wardrobe organization, and travel preparation Assist with table service, guest service, entertaining, and household events Coordinate reservations, appointments, vendors, and personal requests Maintain household supplies and assist with provisioning and inventory Travel with the family between Miami, the Hamptons, and Cabo as required Remain flexible and willing to assist with household and personal tasks of all sizes Requirements Minimum 5+ years of Butler, Houseman, Personal Assistant, or similar private household experience Previous experience supporting an
HNW/UHNW
family strongly preferred Strong service and hospitality background with a hands-on approach Bilingual English/Spanish is a significant plus, but not required Fluent English communication skills required Comfortable working collaboratively with Housekeepers and other household staff Excellent and confident driver with a clean driving record Comfortable with errands, shopping, luggage, and physical household responsibilities Polished, well-groomed, professional, and highly discreet Flexible schedule and willingness to travel with the family Valid driver's license and passport Excellent professional references Valid U.S. work authorization SSIN123
