We're redefining the spa industry with a space the world needs now more than ever. The Role As a Studio Associate, you're the face of Pause. Working front desk and floor at our Coral Gables studio, you'll welcome clients, guide them through our services, keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, and help grow our membership base. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves wellness, connects easily with people, and wants room to grow with a fast-emerging brand. What You'll Do Warmly greet every client and walk them through our services and modalities Recommend services and packages based on each client's needs and goals Run the front desk: manage bookings, checkout, and day-to-day tasks in our POS/appointment software Keep service rooms, reception, and restrooms clean and guest-ready before and after every use Jump in wherever the studio needs support What You'll Bring 1+ year of customer service, fitness, retail, spa, or front desk/receptionist experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills, a sales instinct, and genuine empathy Comfort multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Flexible availability, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends Perks & Growth Complimentary Pause modality services: enjoy the recovery modalities you sell 40% off medical services Hands-on training and ongoing education in science-backed recovery A real path forward: Studio Associate → Lead Studio Associate → Manager Why Pause? Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout your shift Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable working around cleaning solvents, adhesives, and other studio chemicals Full range of vision: close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception This job description isn't exhaustive.
