In this role, you will: Welcome and check in and check out VIPs and guests with warmth, professionalism, and personalized service. Anticipate and resolve guest needs and challenges throughout their stay, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. Promote hotel services, amenities, and experiences while identifying opportunities to upsell products and services. Deliver the highest level of quality, courtesy, and personalized guest service at every touchpoint. Create meaningful connections with guests and embody the warmth and spirit of hospitality in everything you do. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Deliver a warm welcome: Greet guests with enthusiasm and sincerity, ensuring they feel cared for and valued from the moment they enter the lobby Enhance guest stays: Engage guests in conversation to understand the purpose of their visit, identify and address any unanticipated needs, and offer personalized service to elevate their experience Provide expert guidance: Share thoughtful and personalized recommendations on property amenities and local attractions Resolve issues with care and urgency: Take ownership of guest concerns, coordinating with appropriate departments as needed to for efficient and discreet resolution Remain calm and alert: Maintain poise during high-traffic or emergency situations
