Must be extremely organized, efficient and detail-oriented Must be highly motivated, goal driven and self-starter Must have a good work ethic Must have good communication and interpersonal skills Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with guests and fellow team members Must be dependable Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely Must have valid driver's license (if driving golf carts or driving range equipment) Provide a memorable guest experience Must be team oriented Maintain a professional appearance Brings golf carts from cart barn to cart staging area outside golf shop Load bags onto cart(s) Load rental clubs onto cart(s) as needed Greets guests at designated bag drop area and loads bags on to carts Gives directions to guests for golf shop, first tee, driving range, etc. Transports range balls to driving range and fills appropriate containers Operates range picker on range to retrieve balls Wash all range balls daily Collects and Returns carts to cart barn and washes carts accordingly to standard operating procedures, parks carts in designated spaces and connects charger cables (where applicable) in a safe manner to avoid damage. See Standard Operating Procedures Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager While performing the required duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach with arms and hands. The employee often is required to walk, stand, talk or hear, handle, feel or operate objects. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 30lbs occasionally. The employee will occasionally be required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and depth perception. Moderate exposure to heat, working outdoors, mechanical hazards and electrical hazards. Exposure to pollens and dust Noise level is moderately quiet Work extended hours during golf and holiday season Work weekends and holidays All job descriptions are subject to a periodic review. Additional duties will be assigned occasionally by management.
