Your job function will include, but is not limited to: Provide a warm, professional first impression by welcoming owners and guests upon arrival while overseeing daily operations of the porte-cochere and Bell/Valet team. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and service-focused environment that enhances the overall guest experience.

JOB SCOPE

Welcome and acknowledge all arriving and departing guests in a courteous and professional manner. Supervise and coordinate Bell/Valet staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery. Must possess excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure with constant changes and customer service demands. Ability to make decisions and maintain a positive attitude in negative situations. Provide accurate and detailed information regarding local dining, entertainment, sightseeing, and attractions, especially within the Waikiki area. Assist guests with coordinating transportation arrangements, including taxis, shuttles, and other services.

WORK SCHEDULE

Primarily 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM; Thursday - Monday. Schedule is subject to change based on operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent required

EXPERIENCE

2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred Prior hospitality or guest services experience strongly preferred Knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, and transportation options
