SUMMARY As a bell person, you will offer professional service and assist guests with their arrivals and departures with luggage handling, and provide information about Hotel Services, local attractions, and restaurants.
SOME DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Proven customer service skills and experience in a hotel environment Requires extensive walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting to 50lbs Provide Valet Service as needed (Must have clean driving abstract) Maintains knowledge of hotel amenities and services offered. Must be available to work AM shift, PM shift, weekends, and Holidays Strong front desk and guest services experience Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems Knowledge of Opera Cloud and HotSos helpful Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

$28.12 per hour
