Job Summary:

Responsible for greeting all passengers with a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service. Checking all boarding passes for all passengers including checking for TSA precheck passengers. Assisting passengers with disabilities in the proper location. Making the proper announcements guiding passengers to the correct locations.

Maintain a positive attitude Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Ability to work effectively independently or with a team Ability to delegate and appropriately direct passengers and non passengers to proper locations

Duties/Responsibilities:

Present an positive attitude to all passengers and no passengers throughout the facility Cross utilization with bag runners when needed Provide outstanding customer service Work independently Ability to work in fast pace environment Ability to answer questions from passengers and direct them to proper locations as needed Perform other duties as assigned Adjust to instance changes and as they happen, being alert at all times

Physical Demands:

The Custodian position is a physically demanding position. The work requires routine walking, standing, bending, lifting heavy objects. Management has the exclusive tight to alter the scope of work within the framework of the job description at any time without prior notice.
