JOB SUMMARY
At HCW Hospitality, we know that the smallest gestures make the biggest impact. As a Bell Person, you'll be the welcoming face that greets our guests from both the hotel and the airport shuttle, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met from arrival to departure. Your service will help create a lasting impression.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Bell Person, you'll provide exceptional guest service. In this role, you will: Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome. Assist with luggage handling, room orientation, and transportation needs. Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area. Assist with shuttle duties, as needed, ensuring company vehicles are handled safely. Work closely with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless service. Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
WHAT YOU BRING
We're looking for a friendly and service-oriented individual who takes pride in making guests feel at home. To excel in this role, you'll need: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or related field. A positive attitude and strong communication skills. The ability to multitask and manage time effectively. A valid driver's license and the ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
