General Accountabilities:
Greets all guests in a courteous manner, displaying a helpful, CARiNG attitude of
EXCELLENCE
; assists guest with related Pool needs (i.e., towels, chair cushions, etc.). Efficiently attends to and serves guests who are utilizing the pool. Monitors access of Pool services to ensure that only Hotel guests have utilization of the amenities. Assists in keeping respective area(s) clean and organized; stocks, maintains, and cleans areas. Responds to guest inquiries and requests; resolves issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Provides directions and guidance to guests inquiring about the Hotel, amenities, and surrounding area. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. Must be able to work outside for long periods of time. Abide by company appearance standards and with the designated uniform. Ability and dedication to exceed service standards. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in oral and written communication skills in English. Must be able to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
