THE JOB:
As a Bell Desk Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their arrival experience is seamless and memorable. By welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and proactively addressing their needs, you will create WOW moments that they will carry with them far beyond their stay.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Greet guests and provide property information, including details about rooms, restaurants, casino events, promotions, and directions. Resolve guest complaints within your scope of authority or escalate issues to a supervisor when necessary. Open doors for guests entering and exiting the property. Load and unload baggage from guests' vehicles. Transport luggage and escort guests to and from their rooms or other areas of the property. Provide room orientation and assistance as needed. Process tickets for guest items and manage group baggage for arrivals and departures. Maintain security and organization of the luggage storage area.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must be 18 years or older. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Previous hotel experience. (preferred)

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is: $13.27 This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
