Job Description

Overview:
Join us for the 51st New Hampshire Highland Games on September 18-20, 2026! A Scottish Cultural celebration of music, dance, athletics, heritage and more.
Responsibilities:
Arrive on time to work with a neat and clean appearance Greet guests with a smile. Carry on appropriate conversations with guests while continuing to do other duties Maintain cleanliness of bar areas including decks & patios Understand basic knowledge of state laws & regulations regarding beer, wine, & liquor Responsible for carding anyone who looks under 30 years of age Responsible for cutting off alcohol to anyone who becomes intoxicated Help keep bar stocked Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions Implement elements of operation plan that apply to the bar as per manager's instructions
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
