Per Hour Position Type:

Part Time Membership is very generous with tips. Most weeks the outside operations staff an additional $5-12/ Hr in gratuity. Experience Customer Service and golf knowledge preferred.

Not Required Overview Overview All employees at Copper Hill Country Club will work to create a positive and memorable experience for our members and guests. This individual should have an outgoing personality and a strong work ethic. The individual must be able to quickly learn the operation and be able to communicate with all team members. A strong desire to learn the golf business from a skilled, highly trained professional staff, including 3 PGA Professionals.

Outside Services responsibilities to include:

Assist members and guests with golf bags Clean members and guests clubs Clean and maintain fleet of 55 golf cars Clean and maintain practice facilities Maintain bag storage of 250 bags

Experience Required- None Education/Experience:

High School Degree or equivalent High degree of professionalism Detail-oriented and able to prioritize workload Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with limited supervision Willingness to work a combination of weekends and weekdays Ability to integrate quickly with a team to accomplish operational goals Benefits Free Meals while on Duty Playing Privileges and practice privileges on set days.
