McCullough's Emerald Golf Links - Egg Harbor Township, NJ, golf club is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Bag Drop / Outside Services Attendants .Position OverviewThe Bag Drop and Outside Services Attendant serves as the first and last point of contact for golfers visiting our Irish-links-style facility. This role is crucial for delivering an exceptional, first-class customer service experience. You will ensure seamless daily golf operations by managing the bag drop area, preparing the golf cart fleet, and maintaining the practice facilities.

Key Responsibilities Guest Greeting:

Welcome members and guests warmly upon arrival, providing immediate assistance and facility information.

Bag Handling:

Assist golfers by loading and unloading golf bags from vehicles directly to staged golf carts.

Cart Fleet Management:

Wash, clean, stock, and stage golf carts before play, and ensure they are fueled/charged and parked correctly at the end of the day.

Club Cleaning:

Provide a clean towel service and wash guests' golf clubs upon completion of their round.

Facility Upkeep:

Maintain absolute cleanliness in the bag drop zone, cart staging area, and surrounding outdoor operational areas.

Job Qualifications Customer Service Focus:

Strong interpersonal, communication, and verbal skills with a polite, helpful attitude.

Golf Knowledge:

Basic familiarity with the game of golf is preferred but not required.

Reliability:

A solid work ethic and the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds (such as golf bags). Ability to stand, walk, and remain physically active for long stretches of time.
