Technical Analyst I Be the First to Apply Job Description As a Technical Analyst I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth integration and management of clinical software and hardware within our healthcare system. Under the guidance of experienced managers, you will work closely with our IT team to provide support for various devices and applications used in the clinical environment. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting user issues, creating reports, training end-users, and testing software upgrades. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for healthcare technology and a desire to make a positive impact on patient care. Responsibilities Integrate and implement clinical software applications and hardware devices as per prescribed methods. Manage and support the infrastructure components associated with clinical applications. Assist in troubleshooting user problems and provide effective solutions. Write comprehensive reports on system performance and issues. Train and retrain end-users on the proper use of clinical software and hardware. Test upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing systems. Review, analyze, and modify software and hardware to meet departmental needs. Detect and diagnose problems related to clinical applications and infrastructure. Collaborate with Technical Analysts II and III for complex issues and projects. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all system-related activities. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in implementing medical devices and their clinical applications is preferred. In lieu of a degree, 3 years of experience in an IT support role can be considered. A High School diploma is required, with an Associate degree or Technical Diploma in a related field being an advantage. Valid New Jersey Driver's License is essential for this role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must. Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities are key for this position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is necessary. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. A keen interest in healthcare technology and its applications is preferred. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
