Job Purpose Provide safe, efficient golf cart transportation for guests requiring assistance accessing upper-level areas of the clubhouse, while supporting front-of-house operations to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience. Responsibilities Transport guests via golf cart to and from the second-floor restaurant and clubhouse areas Assist guests with mobility needs in a safe, respectful, and professional manner (non-medical support) Monitor guest flow and proactively identify and assist guests who may require support Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the golf cart and surrounding areas Communicate effectively with host stand and management regarding guest needs, timing, and service flow Support host stand operations by greeting and directing guests as needed Assist with light operational tasks, including resetting menus, stocking supplies, and organizing entry areas Provide wayfinding and general guest assistance throughout the clubhouse Support event operations and peak service periods to maintain efficient guest flow Maintain awareness of overall guest experience and escalate concerns as appropriate Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support guest experience and clubhouse/restaurant operations Qualifications Strong guest service mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor Ability to safely operate a golf cart or similar small transport vehicle Comfortable assisting guests with varying mobility needs in a respectful and attentive manner Strong communication skills and situational awareness Ability to remain engaged during slower periods and pivot to support operational needs Valid driver's license required Working Conditions Combination of outdoor and clubhouse environments Extended periods of standing, walking, and operating a golf cart Frequent interaction with guests requiring non-medical assistance Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak service periods
