The opportunity Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for full-time and part-time Guest Service Attendants to join our team at the Westin Buffalo in Buffalo, New York. As a Guest Service Attendant, you have the opportunity to work in a variety of areas, including tours, bell attendant, valet, room service, or transportation services. Please note that this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn't include any potential tipped earnings.   • Available for full-time, year-round team members What will you do?
Greets and assists guests with luggage at check-in, check-out, and storage. Assists guests with city information and directions. Delivers items as requested by guests or manager on duty. Delivers all in-room dining (IRD)food and beverage. Delivers guest amenities to rooms. Transport guests as needed. All other tasks as needed. More about you Prior hotel experience is preferred. Must have excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrating proper manners and etiquette. Requires excellent people skills. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's license is required. Physical requirements Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must have the physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight up to 50 pounds.
