Job Overview - Fall 2026 The Outside Operations Attendant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for members and guests. This position is responsible for bag handling, cart staging, practice facility support, and maintaining a smooth flow of play while providing high-level service consistent with Anglebrook standards. Duties Greet members and guests in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner Provide bag drop service, including unloading and cleaning golf clubs Stage, prepare, and clean golf carts before and after each round Assist with cart traffic management and ensure proper pace of play support Maintain practice areas by collecting, washing, and organizing range balls Set up and break down practice stations and tournament operations as needed Monitor cart usage and enforce club policies regarding carts and course rules Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, staging area, and bag room Assist golf shop staff with member requests and special service needs Support golf outings and club events with outside service logistics Perform daily opening and closing duties of outside operations areas Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to lift golf bags (up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for long periods Golf knowledge is helpful but not required Must be available for mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
