Job Description

This is a 3rd shift support personnel position. Hours are Tues-Sat 12a-8a
Role and Responsibilities Job Description Program Support Staff:
Is responsible for assisting in all areas of the reSTART and Crisis Services departments. Under the direct supervision of the Facilities and Transportation Manager and the current approved policies and guidelines of the Board of Trustees. The position assists in all aspects as needed and assigned.
To include:
Transportation - Valid DL required, able to be insured on CM insurance Front Desk, House Keeping, Laundry, Maintenance and Low Barrier Shelter assistance.
Policies and Procedures:
includes a general knowledge of approved policies, internal procedures, and specifically transportation policies, monitoring and assuring compliance of policies within the department. Guest (client)
Contact:
This includes maintaining professionalism working with guests. Confidentiality, dealing with direct conflict, and/or rule violations.
Other responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining a clear chain of command, with supervisors, leads or managers. Attending staff orientations, training, and evaluations.
Community Engagement:
All City Mission staff are expected to maintain a professional appearance and attitude while performing City Mission responsibilities. Qualifications and Education Requirements High School Diploma Passenger driving experience Ohio DL required Ability to be covered under City Mission auto insurance Preferred Skills Working with homeless / SUD / Mental Illness population
Pay:
From $15.75 per hour
