Job Description

Position Summary The Bellman is responsible for providing a warm, professional welcome and departure experience for all guests. This role ensures luggage assistance, guest transportation coordination, and property knowledge are delivered with exceptional service standards. The Bellman plays a key role in creating first and lasting impressions while maintaining the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. $15.00 per hour Plus tips! Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet guests promptly upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure, and room changes Escort guests to guest rooms and provide a thorough orientation of room features and property amenities Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, events, and local attractions Coordinate transportation requests (taxis, rideshares, valet retrieval, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entry, and bell stand areas Safely store and retrieve luggage when needed Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with Front Desk and Concierge Deliver packages, messages, and special guest amenities as requested Uphold confidentiality and security standards at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (M-F 2pm-10PM most shifts) Must dress business professional Competencies Strong guest service orientation Attention to detail Reliability and punctuality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset Work Environment Fast-paced hospitality environment Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and outdoor exposure Direct interaction with guests throughout shift
