Driver's License Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Outside Bag Staff is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting golfers before and after their rounds. Primary responsibilities include managing golf carts, maintaining driving range, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for members and guests. Tips are a huge plus!! Looking for individuals that can work after school and weekends as we transition to September and October. Individuals that work in the fall can plan on coming back in the spring and summer months. ________________________________________Key Responsibilities:
Greet golfers in a friendly and professional manner. Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts for daily use. Load and unload golf bags from carts. Clean clubs. Maintain cleanliness of the cart barn and staging area. Wash towels used on carts. Assist with tournament setup and breakdown as required. Monitor and report any maintenance issues with carts or facilities. Set up the driving range and break down driving range Stock range when needed and pick range when ball run low Follow all safety and golf course procedures. ________________________________________Qualifications:
Must have drivers permit or license Friendly, outgoing personality. Ability to lift golf bags and equipment (up to 40 lbs). Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays). Golf knowledge or experience preferred, but not required. Must be able to work in various weather conditions.Work Environment:
Outdoor setting; exposure to sun, rain, and varying temperatures. Standing, walking, and lifting throughout shift. Compensation- 7.25 per hour plus tips
