This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for members and guests from the moment they arrive at the club through the completion of their round. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and enjoys working outdoors in a team-oriented environment. Prior golf or country club experience is helpful but not required. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival and departure. Assist members and guests with loading and unloading golf bags and equipment. Stage, clean, maintain, and organize golf carts for daily play. Ensure carts are properly stocked, charged, and ready for use. Maintain an organized and welcoming bag drop, cart staging area, and other outside service areas. Clean golf clubs and assist with bag storage as needed. Assist with the preparation and execution of golf tournaments, outings, and club events. Provide members and guests with information and assistance throughout their visit. Monitor the practice facility and ensure range balls and equipment are properly maintained and available. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout golf operations areas. Communicate effectively with Golf Shop staff and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow all club policies, procedures, and safety standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by golf management. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and positive attitude. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift golf bags and other equipment throughout the shift. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of golf and previous golf course, country club, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Compensation & Schedule Full-Time $13.00-$20.00 per hour, including tips Team members typically earn $15.00+ per hour when tips are included. Schedule may include weekdays, weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts based on club operations.
