We are a Medicaid waiver program for individuals with IDD/Special Needs. I am searching for a transportation attendant who is able to work with one of my clients in the Flower Mound, Tx area. The transportation would be from the client's home in Flower Mound to a day facility in Plano, Tx. As well as picking him up from the day facility in Plano, Tx to his home in Flower Mound, Tx. This client is a male 32 year old with Mild Intellectual disabilities. The family is looking for someone who is able to take him to his day facility and back home. The schedule is Tuesdays and Thursdays ; he attends the facility from 12pm-6pm on these days. The job position is called "Transportation attendant" .
