Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage loading and unloading. Safely operate shuttle vehicles within and possibly around the property premises. Maintain timely communication regarding shuttle availability and wait times. Assist guests with directions or any inquiries regarding the hotel amenities and local attractions. Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times. Handle guest belongings with utmost care and security. Proactively offer assistance and information to improve guest satisfaction. Keep accurate records of luggage and transport activities. Required Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Proficient in handling and lifting heavy objects safely.
