Job Description

Bell Person Full- Time We are looking for welcoming, attentive, and energetic individuals who will make that first connection with our guests. Bell Service Attendants familiarize our guests with accommodations and room offerings, transports luggage to their rooms, valet parking, and anticipates any guests' needs. This is both a fun and fast paced opportunity that allows you to make great tips and lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
Opening the front door for guests, direct them to the check-in desk Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations in a prompt, friendly and informative manner. Organize, store, retrieve and transport guest luggage with care. Assist with loading and unloading guest vehicles. Carefully inspect, record and drive valet vehicles to and from the designated valet parking areas. Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with the room features and amenities of the hotel. Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Assist with room moves, special deliveries, and dry cleaning delivery. Provide accurate directions, maps, brochures, etc. Verbally pass along all appropriate information to the Guest Services Manager/Bell Captains regarding any relevant feedback from guests or other departments. Coordinate the traffic of vehicles in front of the hotel (guests' cars, limousines, taxis, minivans, buses) Provide car valet service: drive the guests' cars to and back from the Hotel's designated outsourced garage Maintain good relationship with all the departments of the hotel Responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy work area at all times (including the lobby and the area of the hotel entrance)
Qualifications:
1-2 years of Customer service experience Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to walk quickly and/or climb stairs while carrying luggage. Must be able to work outdoors under a covered parkway in either extreme heat or cold. Proficient conversation English language skills required Must have Valid Driver's License
