Job Description
Summary Serves hotel guests by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintains consistent lobby presence for prompt and efficient guest service. Ensure arriving and departing guests receive immediate attention through portage, door opening, parking and information about Stowe and TFL in particular. Maintain awareness of current events and all incoming groups and their needs. Promptly and accurately deliver baggage of arriving and departing coaches. Maintain clean front entrance through sweeping/ shoveling of front, cleaning ash trays and picking up any refuse. Complete seasonal tasks as necessary, including but not limited to: shoveling balconies, shuttle runs, starting fires in fireplaces, etc. Make deliveries of gifts, flowers and other amenities. Cover switchboard agents during breaks or staff shortages.
