SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations Assisting guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles Valet parking vehicles Driving the guest shuttle throughout Kohler Campus Identification of guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's room Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions Identifying guest and room number, analyze the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's room Miscellaneous deliveries required by guest or hotel staff Maintaining a clean work area, including all common rooms and storage closets This is a seasonal part-time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 5:00 am and 11:00 pm. Skills/Requirements Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Weekend availability required. The ability to walk and stand for the majority of each shift and to lift up to 50 pounds. The hourly range for this position is $7.70 - $11.60 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
