Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere during breakfast hours. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests start their day with a delightful dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring all food items are fresh and appealing. Serve breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and condiments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service. Assist guests with any inquiries regarding food options or dietary restrictions. Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of meal preparation techniques, including meat cutting and coffee brewing. Excellent phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries or reservations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
