Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Attendant, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create a warm and welcoming morning experience for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a delicious breakfast buffet, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction from the moment they arrive. Your energetic approach will help set the tone for a positive start to every guest's day, making their stay memorable and enjoyable. This position is for Saturday and Sunday Mornings. Hours are from 6:30am to 12:00pm. Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked throughout service. Assist with food preparation, including slicing, assembling, and plating dishes with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, buffet stations, kitchen equipment, and storage spaces in accordance with food safety standards. Talk with each guest in the breakfast area with friendly and attentive customer service, addressing their needs promptly and professionally. Clear tables, bussing dishes efficiently to keep the dining area tidy and welcoming. Follow all food handling and safety protocols to ensure guest health and safety are prioritized at all times. Assist delivery drivers with receiving supplies or delivering food items when required. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy mornings. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/host, server, or catering assistant is preferred. Kitchen experience including food preparation, cooking, knife skills, meat cutting, or culinary experience is highly advantageous. Experience working in hotel or restaurant environments enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest services. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential. Banquet or catering experience demonstrates your ability to manage large groups efficiently. Customer service skills combined with excellent communication skills will help you build positive guest relations. Experience as a delivery driver or in meal preparation roles can be beneficial in supporting daily operations.
