Job Description:

Obtain service area assignments at the beginning of each shift and follow all checklists regarding the sanitation of all indoor and outdoor dining areas. Promptly greet guests as they sit down and ensure that the area is clean, sanitized, orderly, and trays are removed. Respond appropriately and immediately to guest requests and thank guests for dining at the Mill. Clear tables as guests depart, and promptly sanitize table tops, condiments, table toppers, chairs, and high chairs. Clean the floor in accordance with QCOM sanitation guidelines. Pick up garbage in and around the building and empty and wipe down trash can surfaces both inside the cafe and grove When time allows, inspect the assigned restroom every 20-30 minutes and clean as needed Assist service staff with their needs as they arise, plates flatware, etc. Show flexibility in terms of schedule to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the GM of Food Operations and FOH Manager. Maintain a high level of personal cleanliness and follow the dress code Be a team player; help out fellow employees when possible Assist dishwasher in maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Management Team Qualifications No prior experience needed Must be 16 years of age Possess an up-to-date food handler permit Be able to handle garbage, trash, waste, and debris Be able to cope with the stress of seasonal sales activity and hours Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
