Lunch Monitor Substitute Lunch Monitor Substitutes help provide a safe, positive, and well-supervised environment for students during meal periods.
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise students during breakfast and/or lunch periods. Monitor student behavior and reinforce school expectations. Help maintain a safe, respectful, and orderly cafeteria environment. Assist students as needed during meal periods. Support light cleanup of tables and eating areas. Communicate and work collaboratively with school staff. Cafeteria Worker Substitute Cafeteria Worker Substitutes support daily food service operations and help ensure students receive meals in a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing and serving student meals. Assist with meal setup and cleanup. Maintain clean and sanitary food preparation and service areas. Follow established food safety, sanitation, and district procedures. Assist with kitchen and cafeteria duties as assigned. Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff.
Requirements:
Must possess or obtain a valid Food Handler Card. Ability to follow food safety and sanitation requirements. Dependable and punctual. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to perform the physical duties required of the position. Schedules and hours vary depending on the position, school site, and coverage needs.
Pay:
$15.69 - $21.16 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 20.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
