MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Associate's degree in institutional or restaurant management OR Completion of a Food Service-related Certification Program, which includes course work in personnel management, marketing or customer service, quantity food production and food service sanitation AND Two (2) years food service production experience OR Four (4) years of food service institutional or restaurant management experience, which includes two years of food service production experience; and coursework in personnel management, marketing, or customer service Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO START DATE FBI
fingerprint background check Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization Completion of a Health Department Food Service Operator's Certificate within three months from date of hire Post-offer/pre-employment physical exam and 50lb lift test
