Class Definition :

Classified Under the direction of the Food Service Manager and Cafeteria Supervisor prepares and serves nourishing and attractive meals.

At least one year experience in quantity food preparation and service. National and State School Lunch program experience desirable. Completion of the 12th grade or its equivalent. Knowledge of basic food preparation and serving, follow oral and written procedures ; work effectively with others.
