Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the Supervisor of Food Service, perform responsible duties related to food services by coordinating the activities and operation of an eating facility. Receive supervision from the Cafeteria Manager within a framework of standard policies and procedures. Provide assistance to the Cafeteria Manager in the preparation, cooking and serving of food: maintain the food service equipment and facilities in a safe, clean and sanitary condition. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Completion of the 12th grade or equivalent. Basic experience in quantity food service and preparation. Must pass a Food Service Proficiency Exam. Serv-Safe Certification is desired.
