Holiday Inn Express Colton - San Bernardino is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Breakfast Attendant to join our hotel team! As a Breakfast Attendant, you'll help create a positive start to our guests' day by keeping our breakfast area clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and can work independently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service. Responsibilities Prepare and set up the hotel breakfast area each morning Maintain and restock breakfast food, beverages, utensils, and supplies throughout service Ensure food is presented neatly and according to hotel standards Keep tables, counters, floors, and breakfast equipment clean and organized Monitor food levels and communicate when additional supplies are needed Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Assist guests with questions and provide friendly, courteous service Clean and sanitize the breakfast area after service Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as needed Complete daily breakfast duties and follow established hotel procedures Assist with light housekeeping or other hotel duties as needed Qualifications Previous hotel, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred but not required Friendly and professional attitude Reliable and punctual Able to work independently and stay organized Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods; able to lift up to 25 lbs Must be able to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members What We Offer Employee hotel discounts (IHG brand travel perks) A supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth within the hotel
