We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a busser/runner. This role is essential in maintaining smooth daily operations by providing support across various functions, including food safety, sanitation, and table service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, attentive to detail, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities to ensure a positive experience for our guests and efficient restaurant operations. Responsibilities Assist with food safety practices to ensure compliance with health standards. Perform bussing duties to clear and reset tables efficiently. Support sanitation efforts to maintain cleanliness of dining areas and kitchen spaces. Set tables according to service standards, including proper placement of utensils, glassware, and linens. Run food and beverages as needed to ensure timely service. Regular bathroom cleanliness ch Support the running of beer and food orders to facilitate smooth restaurant flow.
Scheduled Checks:
Rotating through guest restrooms on a timed schedule during a shift.
Restocking Supplies:
Refilling toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and mirror sanitization.
Light Sanitation:
Wiping counters, sweeping floors, and emptying small waste bins. Provide general support to staff during busy periods, helping where needed to enhance guest satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED. 1+ years of previous experience as a food expeditor or kitchen team member. Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols diligently. Basic Knowledge of BOH procedures and practices. Must have a Food Handlers Card. Team Oriented. Motivated, driven and able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to the specific needs of the establishment. Must be at least 21 years of age
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have the ability to lift, push, pull, or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending, and squatting. Frequently required to use hand-to-finger motions, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms. Must regularly move throughout the brewpub between guest areas and kitchen areas while carrying items. Ability to work in a state of constant alertness and maintain safety at all times. Must be able to understand and respond to directions and spatial awareness cues commonly used in restaurant settings (e.g., "behind" and "corner"). May occasionally be required to work in outdoor environments or areas with fluctuating temperatures (such as patio dining spaces).
COMPENSATION
$16.90 an hour plus tips. Discounts on beer, merchandise and food.
SCHEDULE
Part-time; weeknight and weekend availability are required.

The busser/runner will report to management, the ownership, or anyone appointed by ownership.
