Your proactive approach to sanitation, efficient table clearing, and excellent communication will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables swiftly after guests leave, ensuring they are spotless and inviting for incoming diners Assist with food and beverage delivery by supporting servers with bussing duties when needed Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness across all dining areas, including floors, tables, and service stations Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of tableware, chairs, and supplies following safe lifting practices Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and address guest needs promptly Support food safety protocols by ensuring proper sanitation of utensils, glassware, and serving areas Assist with light catering or event setups as required to support the overall restaurant operations Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to uphold sanitation standards Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact politely with guests Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is advantageous Experience in hospitality or hotel settings can be a plus but is not mandatory A positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach are key qualities for success in this role Join us as a Restaurant Busser and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through teamwork, cleanliness, and hospitality!
