Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, utensils, dining areas, and adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures. Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while providing attentive service. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with restocking as needed. Uphold all food safety management standards to ensure compliance with health regulations and promote a safe environment for staff and guests. Experience Prior experience in fine dining establishments or restaurants is highly desirable. Demonstrated skills in food preparation, serving, and customer interaction within hospitality settings. Knowledge of wine service or wine knowledge is a plus for enhancing guest experiences. Experience working with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently. Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures and general food handling practices. Catering or dietary aide experience is advantageous for supporting diverse service environments.
