Seafood Prep & Operations Support - Part-Time | Steady Hours + Long-Term Opportunity We are a small local seafood business looking for a reliable, organized team member to support our weekly seafood prep and farmers' market operations. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a small team, and is looking for steady part-time work.

Schedule:

Tuesdays & Thursdays required Approx. 10-15 hours per week during our busy fall/holiday season Late September / early October start Consistent weekly schedule Reduced hours January-March, with opportunity to continue long-term

JOB DESCRIPTION/Responsibilities:

Seafood market packaging Organizing coolers, boxes, supplies, and prep flow Loading / unloading supplies and market equipment Supporting the prep team throughout the day Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Helping wherever needed to keep operations moving efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and punctual Comfortable with physical, active work Able to follow direction while also noticing what needs to be done Organized and calm in a fast-moving environment Team-oriented and dependable Experience in grocery, deli, kitchen, retail operations, warehouse, food production, or similar hands-on work is helpful, but seafood experience is not required. This role is not primarily customer-sales focused. It is about prep, organization, teamwork, and keeping our weekly operations running efficiently. Paid training is provided. This can be a good fit for someone looking for dependable part-time work without needing a full-time schedule.
