BASIC FUNCTION

Under the direction of the business manager and principal. Under supervision to manage and operate a receiving kitchen facility in a school and to do related work as required.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

1. Receives meals delivered from vendor and verifies accuracy in amounts. 2. Cooks food requiring cooking and insures uncooked food is at proper temperature for serving. 3. Serves lunches to students. 4. Cleans and maintains equipment, counters, sinks, etc.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of:
