Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist servers and kitchen staff by maintaining the flow of service and enhancing the overall dining experience. Duties Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Help greet and seat customers. Providing menus and marking them down on seating chart. Assist servers by refilling beverages, delivering food, and providing any additional support as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, chairs, tables, windows, railing and service stations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs. Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services. Adhere to all food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
