Restaurant Service Staff / Front of House Positions Food Runners / Expeditors Bussers Responsibilities We are looking for Restaurant Service Staff (Front of House Team Members) that are quick on their feet, polite, and have a friendly attitude. Our Restaurant Service Staff are the face of our restaurant and will be directly responsible for handling takeout, hosting, bussing, expediting, and/or servicing assigned tables while assisting other FOH functions, depending on the position. Service staff are to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers through the key responsibilities below: Provide excellent customer service Greet customers and present menus Make suggestions based on their preferences Take and serve food/drinks orders Clear and arrange table settings Keep tables clean and tidy at all times Deliver checks and collect payments Organize, pack, and hand out takeout orders Cooperate and communicate with all service and kitchen staff Support other FOH staff when needed Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying the position.
