Job Summary We're looking for a reliable, energetic Busser to join our team and help keep the dining room running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly between guests Pre-bus tables during service and assist servers as needed Refill water, replace silverware/glassware, and stock service stations Carry trays of dirty dishes to the dish area safely Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, floors, and bus stations Help with opening/closing side work and special event setups Provide friendly, professional service to guests

Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift/carry up to 40-50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred) Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required — we will train Food Handler certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
