Under the direct supervision of the Nutrition Services Supervisor, the FSW I will perform duties related to patient food service, trayline, dish duties, and sanitation. In addition, the Food Service Worker I will be responsible for the following: Wash patient dishes, trays pots, and pans Mopping floors Distribute meal carts to nursing units for nursing staff to pass trays to patients Collect trays from units Restocking pantry, storeroom, freezer, and refrigerator Other duties as assigned

6 a.m. Morning and 6 p.m. Night Shifts, with Weekend Coverage Qualifications Education High School Diploma/GED High School Diploma/General Equivalency Diploma (GED)- preferred Experience 1 year minimum of 1-2 years of food service experience
