Breakfast Attendant - Villa Royale Villa Royale is seeking a reliable and hospitality-driven Breakfast Attendant to oversee our morning breakfast service and assist with poolside beverage service later in the day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, creating a welcoming guest experience, and being part of a boutique hotel environment. Responsibilities Set up and maintain the hotel's complimentary breakfast service each morning Prepare and replenish coffee, juices, pastries, fruit, and other breakfast items Keep the breakfast area clean, organized, and well stocked throughout service Greet guests warmly and assist with questions or requests Clear tables, wipe surfaces, and maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area Provide attentive service to guests around the pool area Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages from the pool bar Take food and beverage orders and deliver items to guests around the pool Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool bar and service areas Restock glassware, bar supplies, and service items throughout the shift Wash dishes and maintain a clean service station Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with strong hospitality instincts Ability to work early morning shifts and transition into pool service Comfortable working independently and staying organized during service Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to multitask in a guest-facing hospitality environment Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred but not required Schedule Morning shifts start at 6:30am with pool service responsibilities later in the day. Weekend and holiday availability required.
