Cass Winery Café Support Staff (Host | Busser | Food Runner) Join Our Team! We're looking for energetic, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our busy winery café as Support Staff . Whether you're greeting guests as a Host , keeping the dining room running smoothly as a Busser , or delivering exceptional service as a Food Runner , you'll play an essential role in creating an outstanding guest experience. Our café is fast-paced, fun, and built on teamwork. If you enjoy working with people, take pride in providing excellent service, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude. Assist with seating guests and managing waitlists (Host). Deliver food promptly and accurately while communicating with the kitchen and service team (Food Runner). Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain a welcoming dining environment (Busser). Support servers and fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café and patio. Help create a positive, memorable experience for every guest. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality. Strong work ethic with a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Team player who communicates well and supports coworkers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Weekend, holiday, and evening availability preferred. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
