This role assists with dining room organization, guest service, table preparation, order support, and maintaining a clean and efficient dining environment. Common Job Roles Dining Room Associate Dining Room Attendant Restaurant Service Associate Guest Service Associate Front-of-House Associate Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service Assist with seating guests and maintaining organized dining areas Prepare, clean, and reset tables before and after service Support servers and restaurant staff during busy periods Assist with delivering food and beverages to guests Respond to routine guest requests and service needs Maintain clean and organized dining, service, and guest areas Restock dining supplies, utensils, napkins, and service items Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Perform additional restaurant service duties assigned by management Requirements Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience is an asset but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask effectively Preferred Skills Experience in dining room or front-of-house operations Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices Good organizational and time management skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn About the Company ProAbition provides a restaurant and hospitality environment focused on quality service, guest satisfaction, and an enjoyable dining experience.
